Application To Register

Thank you very much for your application to register your horses, ponies or donkeys with our dedicated Equine Department. In order to do so we would ask you to complete the APPLICATION TO REGISTER WITH PENMELLYN VETERINARY GROUP Form and forward it to our Equine Office at St. Columb Major.

Once you are registered with the practice you can then either make appointments at your convenience at our facilities built to hospital standards in St. Columb Major or book a visit to your yard.

Almost all medical or surgical procedures can be performed in a safer and better way at our facilities and more clients bring their horses, ponies or donkeys to the practice then ever before.

Easy access just five minutes off the A30 with sufficient parking for even the biggest lorries make us an ideal destination for the horse owners from all over Cornwall and beyond.

For your convenience our American barn type stables allow you to leave your animal with us the day before more involved procedures if required .

Visits to yards if booked well in advance can be converted into shared call outs by our office provided other people in your area require work on the same day. Good communication between horse owners often helps in the creation of shared visits on yards or in a specific area.

Early booking of routine procedures or taking horses, ponies or donkeys to St. Columb Major allows our clients to make most efficient use of our services.

Emergency cover is provided by our practice at all times and second opinion or referred work undertaken on a routine basis.
